How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery and return service is £39.95. This covers both journeys.
Do I need separate insurance?
Separate hired-equipment insurance isn't ordinarily required and includes our standard Damage Protection.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not normally. Captis is designed without routine large security deposits.
What happens if the equipment is lost in transit?
Provided you've packed the equipment correctly, followed our return instructions and handed it to our nominated carrier on time, normal courier transit risk sits with Captis.
